General Range Safety Rules

  1. Members and their sponsored guests are required to sign in and out of club grounds at the club house, with the date, name, activity, time in and time out.
  2. Club member’s badges must be worn on their person while on premises. Guests shall wear “Guest” badges while on premises. Guest badges to be picked up and returned to box at sign in desk in clubhouse.
  3. Check all notices on the Bulletin Board above sign in desk.
  4. Firearms shooting hours on all ranges are from 9:00 a.m. local time, to sunset.
  5. Any persons carrying handguns onto Association property must have a valid “State Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers”. Individuals must show such permit when requested by a club officer, board member, or range officer.
  6. Any injury, especially involving a firearm must be promptly reported to a club officer, board member, or range officer.
  7. Any unsafe condition noted by any club member must be promptly reported to a club officer, board member, or range officer. (Phone numbers are posted in clubhouse).
  8. It is the responsibility of the last person leaving the club grounds to lock up the clubhouse and main gate. Check sign in book prior to leaving.
  9. After opening combos to locks, mix tumblers so that true combos are not showing.
  10. It is the duty of each member to challenge anyone not wearing a member’s, or guest badge while on club property. Anyone who is not a member or a guest is trespassing and must leave immediately.
  11. No member shall bring more than two guests on club property at any one time. The hosting club member must sign guests into the club sign-in log.
  12. Guests are required to abide by Association rules. Hosting members are responsible for the actions of their guests and to see that all Association rules are followed.
  13. Report any damaged club property immediately.
