The Association welcomed participants and their assistants*, all eager to experience the enjoyment of Shooting Sports.

Congratulations to our June 15th participants. You all did an amazing job and you can be proud of your accomplishments at the range.

For anyone looking to continue their skills development, we welcome you to join any or all of the remaining classes – Jr Marksmanship Program 2023.

About the Junior Marksmanship Program

The NWCSA JMP is an informal (no experience necessary) series of classes where participants, ages 10-17, are introduced to firearm safety and basic shooting skills from certified training instructors. The program is not affiliated with outside organizations, so ‘graduates’ can experience a class with no expectation of furthering their skills.

NWCSA is committed to advancing firearms safety and shooting sports within local communities and proudly sponsors all youth participants – free of charge.

Parents, relatives or friends who know a interested youth can contact a JMP organizer to learn more:

*A parent or guardian must register the student and attend their class in a supportive role.
